The Challenge
Disctree, an e-commerce company managing thousands of disc sport products across multiple languages, faced major content and inventory hurdles. Writing product descriptions manually was slow and repetitive, often resulting in typos, inconsistent tone, and texts that lacked variety. Translations created even bigger issues: technical terms like driver were mistranslated as chauffeur, and the brand name Disctree itself was frequently distorted.
Without one unified system, the process required multiple apps, manual corrections, and endless proofreadin, costing both time and quality. On the inventory side, forecasting was largely guesswork. Supplier limitations made it difficult to order the right products in the right colors, which led to stock imbalances and uncertainty
